Payments are due by the 25th of each month. Late submissions are subject to penalties and interest in accordance with county regulations. The county utilizes the CSG Forte payment system, which is accessible through its official portal. You can submit your payment either by logging into your account with your email and password, or by proceeding as a guest. If you choose to pay as a guest, there’s no need to log in or create an account. However, please have your account number and access code ready, as these can be found on your most recent tax statement.
Notes:
• To make a first -time payment, taxpayers must create an account and link it to their access code and account number by selecting the "Create a New User Account" option.

If you experience login difficulties when attempting to make a payment, you can try resolving the issue by using the “Forgot Password” option and following the steps to reset your password. To complete the password recovery process, please follow the instructions below.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) | To complete the MFA recovery process for identity validation, a valid mobile phone number must be registered. The authentication code can be received via phone call or SMS. In case the SMS method fails or is not delivered, it is advised to use the phone call option. |

To do so, you will need both your account number and access code, which can be found as explained in question 2.
