For security, we have added anti-fraud measures to Secure Web Pay to help protect our merchants and their customers. If the experience is a spinning circle when a transaction is attempted through Secure Web Pay, this may be due to the image CAPTCHA was not completed in the browser session at the beginning or if too much time was taken in the browser session. Sometimes, these enhancements may block a legitimate payment attempt if it appears to be suspicious.
Our suggestion is to clear the browser's cookies and cache, hard-refresh the page (e.g.: CTRL+F5 in Microsoft Edge), try from a different modern browser, restart the device, try from a different device, try from a different network, try with a private browsing mode, etc. Browser settings typically provide an option to automatically delete stored cookies and cache when closing the browser. For the payment attempt, it is suggested to not use the navigation buttons in the browser.
