To ensure your payment terminal operates accurately and synchronizes properly with our system, it’s important that the time and date are set correctly. Please follow the steps below:
Access Admin Mode:
Press and hold the keys 1, 5, and 9 simultaneously until the menu appears.Open Control Panel:
Scroll through the menu and select “Control Panel.”Enter System Mode:
Scroll again and select “Sysmode.”Log in as Supervisor:
Choose “Supervisor” and enter your supervisor password when prompted, if you don't know it, please contact us below.Navigate to Date/Time Settings:
Select “Administration”, then tap “Date/Time.”Set the Time:
Tap the current time displayed on the screen.Enter the hour and press Enter
Enter the minutes and press Enter
Enter the seconds and press Enter
Exit and Reboot the Terminal:
Press the red “X” key twice to go back.
Select “Exit”, then select “Reboot” to apply the changes.
