Autoresolving Conversations is a feature that can help your team stay organized and efficient. By automatically closing inactive conversations, you can reduce clutter and focus on active interactions.
How to Enable Auto-Resolve:
- Navigate to Admin section and click on Auto-Resolve.
- Toggle the enable Auto-Resolve switch.
3. Set up the time period after which inactive conversations should be automatically resolved. You can set this timer for all teams or specific teams.
4. Configure additional settings:
- Label Auto-Resolved Conversations: Assign specific labels to auto-resolved conversations for easy identification.
- Convert to Freshdesk Tickets: Automatically convert auto-resolved conversations into Freshdesk tickets.
5.Click on the Save button.
