Engage: Payer Experience for Invoice via Email

1. When a Payer clicks on the "Pay Now" link in the emailed invoice, this is an example of the secure payment screen ONLY the Payer will see.

Note: Agents will NOT have access to these payment screens, thereby removing burden of PCI compliance.

2. The top banner can be customized to display your business logo and information for the Payer to recognize.

3. The Payer will also see a confirmation of their Invoice Number, their name (or business name) and the Amount Due.

4. Depending on your specific configuration, the invoice detail may include who from your organization sent the invoice.

This is especially beneficial for call centers, allowing the Payer to recognize the agent they spoke to.

5. The Payer agrees with all the details provide and is ready to Click Pay Invoice Now

6. The Payer has the option to select to pay using Credit or eCheck

7. For this example the Payer will pay via Credit card.

8. Once the Payer has entered their card information they would then Click Pay

9. Next, this confirmation page will display if the payment is successful.

10. If the Payer would like to receive a payment confirmation email they may Click Send Confirmation.

At this point the payment is complete and the Payer can exit from the browser.

11. Note: This feature prevents duplicate transactions - If the Payer tries to access the payment link AFTER payment is already made, the link will display a message to the Payer as shown here.
