1. From the Invoices Page click Create Invoice
2. Enter the Invoice Number. This field may have a different name/label depending on your business needs and setup.
3. Select the due Date of the invoice you are creating. This date will default to today's date.
4. In the Invoice To field, enter the name of the person or business you will be sending the invoice.
5. Optional Field: If sending an invoice to a business, an additional Contact Name can be added to the invoice.
6. Optional Field: you may add Internal Note, which a customer will not be able to see.
7. Optional Field: you may also include a Customer Note, which the payer will see on the invoice.
8. Enter Amount of the invoice.

9. Once you've reviewed the invoice details, click Send Payment Link.
10. If the Payer has provided verbal consent to receive a text, enter the customer's mobile phone in Destination. Be sure to include country code. (US+ 1)
11. Click the Select payment link drop down.
12. Select the available payment link.
13. Click Insert Link.
14. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING IN THIS BOX - You'll see the message box will include the inserted payment link that will be accessible to the receiving party as well as invoice details entered from the previous screen.
15. Click Send.
16. Once sent you'll automatically be redirected back to the Invoices Screen and you'll see the invoice you just created!
