Dex - How to Navigate Manage Screen

1 The first step is to open Dex. and click Manage

2 Click Users

3 Click Status to open drop-down menu.

4 Click All boxes you'd like to see results for and click Update or you may click cancel.

5 Click Username: A to Z or any other choice in the drop-down menu you'd like to view.

6 Click Abraham (last name redacted).

7 Click Merchant Admin

8 Click Back

9 Click Alicia (last name redacted).

10 Click Current Roles for user.

11 Click to Add Any New Role

12 Click Add Role or Cancel depending on the permissions you want this user to have (I chose cancel).

13 Click Actions in the top right to select other actions available for this account.

14 Click Delete if you choose to delete this user account.

15 Click Back to go back to the previous screen.

16 Click Invite Users to add new user(s).

17 Click Email field if you would like to enter any additional user. Select their Role as well as adding any additional Message if you choose to do so. Click Invite to send the invitation.  If you change your mind, click Cancel.

18 Click Manage Roles to see available roles for users.

19 That's it. You're done.
