Q. I’m currently having issues with my receipt not printing correctly, how can I resolve this?

If you are having issues with your receipt printing correctly, please ensure that your card is not removed from the card terminal until the display on the unit says “Remove”. If you remove the card prior to that or when it says “Approved” this could disrupt the receipt printing process.  Please feel free to contact Customer Service if you still receive an error.
