How do I remove the option for schedules on my payments page?

You can remove the "multiple payments" option from your payment page by simply changing a merchant setting. Simply log into your Virtual Terminal account and follow the steps highlighted below:

 

 

1. Click on the "Gateway Settings" tab.

2. Click on the "Secure Web Pay" icon.

3. Click on the "Main” tab.

4. From the "Scheduled Transactions" section, set “Accept Scheduled Transactions” to: “NO” 

5. Click on the “Update” button to save your settings.
