CSG Forte has been participating in the Gateway Enterprise Metrics program with TSG that ranks all providers in terms of reliability and scalability and CSG Forte continues to be one of the top service providers. Our focus right now has been the modernization of our ACH engine. We will be making some changes tonight as part of this effort and we do not expect any customer impact. What if I have an issue with ACH funding? While we don't anticipate any customer impact, our teams will be monitoring ACH funding to address any disruptions that may occur. We will also have staff on standby tonight to take your call or email, should you run into any issues.
Were previous issues experienced related to this modernization effort? Yes, some merchants may have experienced a funding delay last month related to our modernization efforts.
Are there any additional modernization efforts in the future? As we work to continue to keep the customer impact minimal, if there are any additional modernization efforts, we will provide notice to you in advance.
