To update the email address we have on file, an authorized contact must follow the steps below:
Submit a Request:
- Use the Formstack Link: Email Address Change Request, or
- Send an email from the authorized email address currently on file to customerservice@forte.net if you're using the attached PDF form.
Who Can Make the Request?
Authorized contacts include:- The signer of the account
- Controller
- Primary contact
Required Information:
- Include the Merchant ID (MID) the changes apply to.
- Specify which email address needs to be changed or replaced.
- Provide the new email address to be updated.
If You No Longer Have Access to the Current Authorized Email:
You must complete the Email Address Change Request Form if you're unable to access the email currently on file.
Important Notes:
- If you still have access to the email on file, simply email us the request—there's no need to complete the form.
- Email addresses cannot be updated via phone.
- To prevent fraud, extra security steps will be followed when processing email address change requests.
