Meet the Forte Status page.

You deserve a seamless experience when using our solutions and services, and we aim to give one to you.

Occasionally, we may experience incidents that can impact the way you use and interact with our solutions and services. Because it is important to keep you updated and informed, we would like to introduce you to our new Status page.

Both merchants and partners can easily view the current status of our entire solution set, subscribe to alerts and check on the progress of any incidents.

To subscribe to alerts, follow the instructions below. 


1. Visit and click the blue SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES button.

2. Enter your email address, cell phone number, Slack or URL for webhooks by selecting the appropriate icon. You can also visit our support site and get either the Atom or RSS Feed.

3. Once you’ve picked your method of communication, you can also choose exactly what you’d like to be notified about by selecting the appropriate boxes and clicking the blue SAVE button.
