Single Partner Hierarchy

The Single Partner Hierarchy in Dex consists of one Partner Organization. This straightforward structure is ideal for partners who manage a single legal entity without the need for additional subdivisions. The Partner Organization oversees all associated merchant activities, ensuring a centralized approach to managing contracts, pricing, and operations.

Multiple Partner Hierarchy

The Multiple Partner Hierarchy is designed to accommodate partners with more complex organizational needs. It includes several levels of organizations to ensure detailed management and oversight:

  • Parent Organization: The top-level entity that owns and manages one or more
Sub-Partner Organizations. It consolidates the overall business operations and provides a unified interface for accessing various resources and managing multiple units.
  • Sub-Partner Organization: A separate legal entity owned by the Parent Organization, responsible for managing specific business units or segments. Each Sub-Partner Organization supports Merchant Organizations and Locations, allowing for focused management of distinct parts of the business.
  • Sub-Child Partner Organization: An additional layer of hierarchy under a Sub-Partner Organization, providing further granularity in management. This structure is useful for partners who need to segment their operations even more finely, supporting specialized business functions or geographical regions.
