The FAQ tool is a valuable resource for your support interactions. It allows you to quickly search for relevant information, such as knowledge base articles, FAQs, videos, and how-to guides from the Freshchat library. You can view this information or send directly to your customer.
By using this feature, you can provide accurate and timely information to your customers, saving time and effort.
Locate the FAQ icon in your central panel.
Search for Information: Use the search bar to enter relevant keywords or phrases. For example: Disputes. You will see all the articles and information that contains those words.
Select the appropriate information and click on View or Send.
Attach File: Share relevant documents or files directly within the conversation.
Image: Insert images to visually enhance your responses and explanations.
Meeting: Schedule meetings directly from the chat to discuss complex issues or provide personalized support.
