Application Status Notification

The Application Status Notification feature allows partners and/or merchants to receive email notifications on the status of the application from submission through enrollment. This feature will keep the partner and/or merchant informed about the status of the application and notifies them if any action is required to move the application in the pipeline.

Application status notifications include Approved, Declined, Pending, Recalled, Rejected, Submitted/Received, and Enrolled.

To turn ON the notifications for the partner's portfolios, please reach out to your Account Manager or our Partner Support team at or 866-290-5400 Option 2.
