Dear Valued Merchant,

CSG Forte is committed to providing the highest levels of service and support to our customers. As a part of our compliance commitment, we are working alongside First Data to retire our existing Nashville DL Host gateway integration. As a result of this retirement, we will be migrating your merchants account using this platform to the First Data ISO8583 (Nashville ISO) integration.

What is changing?
CSG Forte is upgrading from the First Data Nashville DL Host integration to the Nashville ISO8583 integration. A new Terminal ID (TID) is required for the new integration to properly transmit your transactions. These credential changes will be initiated by your immediate channel provider, and you will need to send these credentials to CSG Forte to have your account migrated. Please do not make any changes or deactivate the existing TID until we provide further instructions. New TIDs should be sent to customerservice@forte.net.

Why is this changing?
The First Data Nashville DL Host integration is a legacy solution, we are making this change to keep in alignment with our compliance and security standards.

What action must I take?
First Data is unable to request  a new TID on your behalf, therefore we request that you reach out to your immediate channel contact to request a new VAR Sheet for ISO8583. Once you have received this VAR Sheet it is imperative that you send it to customerservice@forte.net as soon as possible. To avoid any processing interruptions we request that you complete this action by close of business on MAY 2, 2022.

How will the migration impact my processing?
We do not anticipate there to be any disruption to transaction processing as a result of this migration. We will work closely with you to ensure proper coordination to minimize any impact. This migration will increase the security of your transactions and be in compliance with industry rules and regulations.

If you have any questions regarding this migration or the action required on your part, please contact customerservice@forte.net. We appreciate your swift response to this matter and look forward to serving you through this upgraded platform.

Thank you,
