When a transaction is declined as a U02 Account Not Approved, the customer has been added to Forte's Known Bad List due to a previously failed transaction. The transaction can fail as a result of entering the incorrect routing or bank account number. A customer can be removed from the Known Bad List by contacting Customer Support at 866-290-5400 Option. Upon contacting Customer Support, the routing number and bank account number must be verified to ensure we are removing the correct customer information from the list. Please be advised that removing the customer's banking information from the Known Bad List does not guarantee that the transaction will process and funding received.
