15 STEPS
1 The first step is to open Dex. and click Organizations
2 Click Legal Name to select by name.
3 Click the field, type in name, and click Update.(You may also select Clear or Cancel) to move to the next screen.
4 Clicking Status allows you to select a status to sort by for each organization. This opens a drop-down for the selections.
5 Click to choose All, Active, Pending, or Suspended accounts.

Clicking on More Filters allows you to select from Parent ID, Tax ID, and Type so you can narrow down your accounts even further.
7 Select any of the other options available to sort by including Created Date: Oldest to Newest, Org Name: A to Z, Org Name: Z to A, Org ID: Low to High, and Org ID: High to Low.
8 Click on the Legal Name you would like to choose.
9 Click Manage.
10 Click the toggle switch on the top right to turn this feature on and off.
11 Clicking the toggle switch will turn "on" the feature. You will be able to add IP Address (Single or CIDR) and Name and click ADD, or search by Name or IP address to select one.
12 Click Disable to turn the feature back off.
13 Click Close to close this screen.
14 Click Manage to view suspended users - these details are covered in the Dex - How to Navigate Manage video.
15 That's it. You're done.
