Monthly Statement

Unfortunately, {forte} doesn't have an online portal that can be assessed to locate monthly statements. If you would like to receive a copy of your statement or have questions regarding your statement, please contact our Customer Service team at 866-290-5400 option 1. But please be advised, we can only provide statements to authorized contacts on the merchant account, i.e., primary contact, billing contact, or the signer on the application.
