Ticket request

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide "hard" copies of tickets generated in our system. If you would like a "hard" copy of your tickets, you can login to Freshdesk with your credentials and print a copy of the correspondence. You can also print the correspondence via email due to that being the way that it was received.
