If you are trying to reverse a transaction and do not have the option, it could be due to various reasons. If the transaction hasn't funded (ACH transaction) or settled (Credit card transaction), you won't be able to reverse the transaction. Depending on your permissions within the Virtual Terminal you may not be able to reverse the transaction. If you are in a different software outside of the Virtual Terminal, you will have to reach out to that software provider for assistance.
