|Mandatory SSL Certificate Renewal on August 21, 2018|

On Tuesday, August 21, 2018, for security and compliance purposes, Forte will be updating our SSL Certificate for all of our forte.net endpoints. Most merchants and partners will not be impacted by this update, however, those who have computers or other devices that have restricted or old certificate authority stores could be impacted which could cause service disruption. Please reference the below FAQ to assist with answering questions that you may have in regards to this update.

Who may be impacted?
- Forte is renewing our SSL certificate for mandatory security and compliance purposes on August 21st. Most certificates renewals are transparent; however, some merchants and partners may be impacted if they have not made updates recently.
What are the known affected endpoints?
- Merchants and Partners using the products and services connecting to any forte.net endpoints should not be impacted by this renewal unless they have not made updates recently.
Please work with a member of your IT department to help determine if your organization is impacted and if updates are required.
