Partner Closure Notice

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Action Required to Prevent Account Closure


Dear Valued Partner,

Our records indicate that some of your merchant accounts have been inactive since on or before January 1, 2014. Per the termination clause of our agreement, Forte will be closing these merchant accounts effective July 7, 2016.

Upon closure, you will have up to 30 days to re-open these accounts without completing a new application. However, you may be required to submit updated bank or financial statements. If you would prefer to keep these accounts open, you can contact your Relationship Manager directly or Partner Support at 866-290-5400 Option 4 before the closure date above.

We appreciate your business and hope to continue our partner relationship in the future. If you have questions about our solution offerings, feel free to contact your Relationship Manager.
