(5 Easy Steps)
(A)Verifyclient is login with correct user name format:u12345 – where 12345 is the TID
(B)Ensure client is using the ftp login password.This can be verified in PG4 >Transmitter ID profile
Iflogin issues persist, follow the steps below to verify that an FTP account was indeed created uponenrollment.
(C).Inwebtoolsgo to FTP->Update ftp user -> enter user nameuxxxxx ->Select enable > Submit
Expected response: “ ftp user updated successfully”
If unsuccessful, thefollowingerror message will be displayed :
“ Could not find the specified user/group in the permissions tree”
(D) To resolve:GotoFTP -> New User-> Fill in the form to createnew user ->
ftp user name:uxxxxx(copy/pastefrom PG4 TIDprofile)
Password:( copy/pastefrom PG4 TIDprofile)
Re-Enter Password:(copy/pastefrom PG4 TIDprofile)
Description: Transmitter Name(copy/pastefrom PG4 TIDprofile)
Click on create to complete this process.
(E)Repeat step(C) to update the ftp user profile
